摘要: DPP-4 inhibitors are a newer class of drugs that lowers glucose by blocking an enzyme, thereby prolonging incretion effect in vivo. like sitagliptin and vildagliptin promising new medicines for the treatment type 2 diabetes mellitus. The present study involves silico docking fifteen compounds three already available market, as ligands to using Hex 6.1 software. molecular studies Lipinski’s rules facilitate drug development avoiding expensive post clinical experiments.Calculation properties showed most followed all criteria. cyclitols computed be good anti diabetic agents. Such reduce time costs involved discovery process have no adverse on environment.
