摘要: Abstract Background Ling Zhi-8 (LZ-8) and GMI are two fungal immunomodulatory proteins (FIPs) with a similar structure amino acid sequence respectively obtained from the medicinal mushroom Ganoderma lucidum microsporum. They present anti-cancer progression metastasis. We previously demonstrated that LZ-8 reduces tumor in lung cancer LLC1 cell-bearing mouse. However, it is unclear whether these FIPs induce changes protein expression profile cells mechanism for such process not defined. Purpose This study determines proteomic lesions of mouse received potential anti-lung cells. Methods The was determined using two-dimensional electrophoresis LTQ-OrbitrapXL mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS). biological processes signaling pathway enrichment analysis were performed Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA). differentially expressed verified by Western blot. Cell viability MTT assay. morphology characterized electron microscopy. Migration detected Transwell apoptotic response blot flow cytometry. Results Obtained results showed 21 exhibited differential (2-fold change, p Conclusions induced which may regulate HSPs-related cell viability. Moreover, inhibition HSPs be related to activity.
