摘要: IgE, IgG and mast cell responses were studied in rats infected weekly with 10 larvae of Nippostrongylus brasiliensis (NB). Worm recovery at 8 weeks repeated infections was six-fold greater than that a single infection larvae, suggesting the accumulation worms during infections. Total serum IgE increased after 2 infection, further infections: 6 level four to six times higher infection. Anti-NB IgG1 levels also significantly On other hand, there no significant difference anti-NB between infections, as determined by ELISA, well passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction. Mastocytosis induced small intestine both but did not differ two. These results indicate total specific production are augmented helminth not. This pattern response may minimize development IgE-dependent hypersensitivity reactions
