摘要: The differences were examined between IgE, IgG1 and IgG2a antibody responses against two kinds of nematode antigens in rats infected with Nippostrongylus brasiliensis. With ELISA studies, remarkable IgE observed excretory/secretory products (ES) N. brasiliensis, whereas the response ES was negligible. On other hand, to an extract homogenized adult worm (AW) mainly IgG2a, little or IgG1. Immunohistochemical studies showed that IgE- IgG1-binding localized almost exclusively subventral glands, a secretory apparatus while IgG2a-binding found wall along body cavity. Immunoblot analysis revealed major molecules identical. some, but not all, AW different from IgE/IgG1-binding ES. findings suggest IgE/IgG1 brasiliensis-infected are induced by groups antigens. Thus, it is presumed production each class might be dependent, at least part, on nature antigen antigen-linked molecules.
