摘要: Rapid advances are occurring in the diagnosis and treatment of fetus with a red blood cell or platelet cytopenia. Noninvasive methods monitoring alloimmunized pregnancy, invasive such as amniocentesis cordocentesis, intrauterine transfusion therapy both cells platelets, being further refined to allow prompt recognition fetal cytopenias. Specialized centers have now accrued large experience management severely affected by alloimmunization. Advances ultrasound, banking techniques, genetic engineering technology spurred most recent advances. The indications for diagnosis, timing frequency procedures treatment, technical considerations regarding preparation products volume transfusion, outlined this review. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) determination Rh(D) genotype chorionic villus sampling first second trimesters is clinically useful advance. advent hematopoietic stem transplantation potential gene exciting prevention diseases, including, but not limited,
