摘要: Resume L'intoxication par l'eau est une pathologie qui survient preferentiellement dans le contexte d'une maladie psychiatrique. Treize episodes d'hyponatremie severe ( 1 (7 cas), reflet secretion inappropriee d'hormone anti-diuretique, la psychose elle-meme, les traitements pris ces malades, un trouble de regulation soif et/ou stimulation non-osmotique vasopressine peuvent expliquer l'hyponatremie. Cette population apparait donc heterogene: mecanismes concourent a cette ne sont pas completement elucides et sans doute multifactoriels.
