摘要: Resume Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient souffrant de schizophrenie indifferenciee depuis 10 ans, ayant presente une polydipsie avec hyponatremie severe. Ce a bien repondu la combinaison antipsychotique atypique (risperidone 4 mg/jour) associe approche comportementale basee sur restriction hydrique.
