摘要: Determine cholesterol and triglyceride levels in patients with homozygous SS sickle cell during intercritical stage study the influence of vaso-occlusive crisis on their rates. It was a case - control 6 month: one group 70 second apparently healthy controls normal hemoglobin AA. The average age is 16, 22 ± 10.44 years (range 1 year 40 years) against 28, 91 15, 81 2 66 for controls. There male predominance disease (sex ratio = 1.41) while it 0.94 In patients, about cholesterol, 47 (67.14%) had low rate, 20 (28.57%) rate 3 (4.29%) high rate. For control, 24 (34.29%) 25 (35.71%) at 21 (30%) HDL among cell, 51 (72.86%) 16 (22.86%) (4.28%) respectively 43 (61.43%), (31.43%) 5 (7.14%) calculation value LDL showed that disease, 68 (97.14%) (2.86%) 49 (70%) witnesses. Triglycerides dosing sickle, 56 (80%) 9 (12, 86%) (7.14%), 57 (81.42%) 8 (11.42%) Analytically, total its derivatives significantly lower compared to But difference not significant triglycerides level between two groups. During period, 19 (29.14%) least pain crisis. comparison different lipid fractions shows there no whether or period. decrease (HDL LDL) cell. does affect these parameters. We recommend complete this preliminary by realization larger scale, identifying peroxidation markers oxidative stress.
