Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the urinary bladder: A diagnostic challange and therapeutic dilemma.

摘要: Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) is a rare, aggressive of indeterminate malignant potential with differentiation. Though bladder location very uncommon, it arises from the submucosal stroma as polypoidal growth and easily mistaken for neoplasm- clinically, radiologically histologically. Essential criteria diagnosis IMT are: spindle myoepithelial cell proliferation lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate. Here we report case 30 years old man who presented painless gross haematuria 2 weeks.
