摘要: Self-complementary structures are used to design a novel compact band-stop filter for X-band applications. By cutting rectangular slot with five pairs of L-shaped protruded strips inside the on ground plane and by inserting stubs in microstrip transmission line, self-complementary structure is created, hence constant flat impedance bandwidth at can be produced. The operating frequencies easily controlled changing dimensions stubs, without area taken up structure. Experimental results show good agreement simulation demonstrate that excellent stop-band performance could obtained through proposed filter.
