摘要: Analytical devices able to perform accurate and fast automatic DNA detection or sequencing procedures have many potential benefits in the biomedical environmental fields. The conversion of biological biochemical responses into quantifiable optical, mechanical electronic signals is achieved by means biosensors. Most these transducing elements can be miniaturized incorporated lab-on-a-chip devices, also known as Micro Total Analysis Systems. use multiple biosensors integrated laboratories, which several analytical operations at microscale, has cost efficiency advantages. Tiny amounts reagents samples are needed highly sensitive, parallel assays done low cost. A particular type ones used based on electrochemical principles. These sensors offer advantages over popular fluorescence-based schemes. resulting signal electrical processed conventional electronics a very cheap manner. Furthermore, integration miniaturization transducers microsystem makes easier its fabrication front most common currently method. In this review, different microfluidic discussed some early stage commercial products strategy presented.
