摘要: Insights into the functional nature and neuroanatomy of spatial attention have come from research in neglect patients but to date many conflicting results been reported. The novelty current study is that we used voxel-wise analyses based on information segmented grey white matter tissue combined with diffusion tensor imaging decompose neural substrates different symptoms. Allocentric was associated damage posterior cortical regions (posterior superior temporal sulcus, angular, middle occipital gyri). In contrast, egocentric more anterior (middle frontal, postcentral, supramarginal, gyri) within subcortical structures. Damage intraparietal sulcus (IPS) temporo-parietal junction (TPJ) both forms neglect. Importantly, showed disorders were lesions suggesting long association projection pathways such as longitudinal, fronto-occipital, inferior fronto-occipital fascicule, thalamic radiation, corona radiata. We conclude distinct control (a) across space (using an frame reference) (b) objects allocentric reference), while common (TPJ, IPS) support interactions regions.
