Association Between Milk and Blood Polymorphism Types and Lactation Traits of Holstein Cattle

摘要: Abstract Relationships between polymorphism type at nine genetic loci and first lactation production of Holstein cows were investigated. The total data included 3,107 lactations, which represented 18 years, 126 sires, 8 herds. analyses adjustments for herd, sire, year, season effects. Significant milk fat yield differences indicated the F blood group system. Constant estimates /F , V genotypic classes —80, —191, 271kg milk, —4.3, —9.0, 13.3kg fat, respectively. Also, significantly associated with five involved transferrin locus. Tf A /Tf D E 348, 158, —56, —42, —409kg 13.8, 5.5, -5.1, 1.7, -16.0kg Alleles B locus percentage differences. There was some evidence association S alleles In general, A, J, L, Z appeared to have no noticeable effects on three traits. analysis a smaller number animals (669) failed indicate any relationship β -lactoglobulin
