摘要: The idea of using genetic markers to locate the individual quantitative trait loci (QTL) responsible for variation in traits goes back nearly beginning modern genetics [34]. However, until last decade, application this technique was limited by lack segregating populations interest. discovery restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs), which occur all natural populations, made generally applicable first time [4,42].
