摘要: By the hydrolysis of pyridoxal-5-phosphate Schiff bases, was prepared in a crystalline form without any further purification. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate bases were good yields by phosphorylation pyridoxal Scruff and easily purified alkali-acid reprecipitation. The thus obtained demonstrated to be identical with an authentic sample study its UV, IR, NMR spectra.
