摘要: Skin is an extensive and easily accessible organ possessing various cell types that are constantly renewed. Previous studies have suggested the presence of a stem niche at bulge region hair follicle, which contains cells positive for CD200 CD34. Thus, this study sought to identify these populations in canine skin using following methods 1- collecting samples adult fetal isolating culturing method simple enzymatic digestion 2- testing cultures CD34 vitro comparing them with tissue (in situ). Immunofluorescence results were negative both frozen paraffin embedded tissue, whereas analysis showed cultured CD34, double could be visualized different percentages. Additionally, pluripotency marker OCT4 was isolated cells. Analysis by RT-qPCR there expression cells, although no difference observed between groups. Our suggest from fetuses dogs reported use markers study, further techniques isolation cultivation needed order obtain enriched dogs.
