摘要: The relationship between the in vivo antithrombotic effect of heparin and ex anti-Xa activity has been investigated using an animal thrombosis model. Three low molecular weight heparins were compared with standard from which they fractionated. All four showed a dose-dependent enabling relative activities to be over dosage range. A correlation levels was demonstrated for (MW 16,000), intermediate 7,600) 4,600) but not ultra-low 3,000) fraction. lack inhibition very fraction indicates that high (measured vitro or vivo) is always predictive efficacy. These findings suggest other properties contribute their effectiveness.
