摘要: We analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography and radioimmunoassay angiotensin I (Ang I), Ang II, Ang-(1-7), metabolites in the adrenal, kidney heart of normotensive female Sprague-Dawley (SD) transgenic hypertensive [TGR(mRen-2)27] rats carrying murine Ren-2d renin gene. The monogenetic model had significant increases adrenal II; whereas II was unchanged, but Ang-(1-7) were significantly lower. Cardiac I, Ang-(2-10) reduced rats, while Ang-(2-7) increased. In SD angiotensins increased primarily during estrus or proestrus. sustained renal may contribute to established phase hypertension.
