Structural, dielectric and impedance spectroscopy analysis of Ba5CaTi1.94Zn0.06Nb8O30 ferroelectric ceramic

摘要: In this work, Zn co-doped tungsten bronze having nominal formula Ba5CaTi1.94Zn0.06Nb8O30 has been synthesized and systematically studied for structure, dielectric electrical properties. The formation of the phase tetragonal with space group P4bm occurrence oxygen vacancies were verified by Rietveld refinement using X-ray diffraction data. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) ceramic shows high densification, low porosity, homogeneous distribution grains different sizes over total surface. sample a anomaly ferroelectric paraelectric type at 262 °C, non-relaxor diffuse transition. property (complex impedance Z*, complex permittivity e*, modulus M*) investigated non-destructive spectroscopy (CIS) as function frequency temperatures. Grains grain boundaries conduction is detected from spectrum fitting Nyquist plot an appropriate circuit. indicates negative temperature coefficient resistance (NTCR) character ceramic. variation AC conductivity reveals that compound Arrhenius-type behavior conductivity. DC conductivities have studied. presence non-Debye relaxations was analysis.
