摘要: The current work demonstrates the design, characterization, and preparation of molecularly imprinted microspheres for selective detection myoglobin in serum samples. suspension polymerization approach was applied microspheres. For this purpose, N-methacryloylamino folic acid-Nd3+ (MAFol- Nd3+) chosen as complex functional monomer. optimization studies were performed changing medium pH, temperature, concentration. pH 7.0 determined optimum value where prepared displayed maximum binding myoglobin. capacity achieved 623 mgg−1. In addition, selectivity conducted. results confirmed that showed great towards existence hemoglobin, cytochrome c, lysozyme which potentially competing proteins.
