摘要: An immediate consequence of T cell activation via the receptor (TcR)/CD3 complex and CD2 antigen is hydrolysis phosphatidylinositol-(4,5)-bisphosphate generation inositol-(1,4,5)-trisphosphate diacylglycerol which then regulate intracellular calcium protein kinase C. Changes in cellular levels phosphoinositides phosphorylated on D-4 D-5 position during have been well documented. Recently it has proposed that D-3 inositol ring by a novel phosphoinositide (PI) 3 may also be important activation. In present study we examined regulation cells activated TcR/CD3 antigens. The data show existence phosphatidylinositol-(3)-monophosphate [PtdIns(3)P], phosphatidylinositol-(3,4)-bisphosphate [PtdIns(3,4)P2] phosphatidylinositol-(3,4,5)-trisphosphate [PtdIns(3,4,5)P3] cells. Activation or results modulation PtdIns(3,4)P2 putative PtdIns(3,4,5)P3 but does not change PtdIns(3)P. These provide first evidence lipid products PI exist
