摘要: The CD4 and CD8 T cell antigens are thought to transduce an independent signal during the process of activation. We report our evaluation possible involvement lymphocyte-specific tyrosine kinase p56lck in these transduction pathways. Our data demonstrate that is specifically modulated with either or following antibody-mediated cross-linking molecules a large fraction total cellular lck protein can be coimmunoprecipitated surface glycoproteins. These results suggest functionally physically associated CD4/CD8 normal murine lymphocytes support concept transduced by interaction major histocompatibility complex determinants.
