摘要: The effects of freeze-dried soya milk (SM) and Bifidobacterium-fermented (FSM) on plasma liver lipids, faecal steroid excretion were estimated in hamsters fed a cholesterol-free or cholesterol-enriched diet. Hamsters the diet containing 300 g FSM/kg had lower levels VLDL + LDL cholesterol than animals control SM produced similar pattern without significant differences. In group, FSM decreased total LDL-cholesterol. triacylglycerol level both -enriched groups. contents groups that for content was not modified by either increased bile acid proportion entering cholic biosynthesis pathway did affect neutral group. There an inverse relationship between LDL-cholesterol (r -0.670, P < 0.01) -0.761, 0.001) diets respectively. These results indicated anti-atherogenic effect, this effect diminished prior fermentation.
