摘要: The effects of soy milk and fermented on lipid metabolism were studied in ovariectomized Syrian hamsters. Five mo-old hamsters randomly assigned to four treatment groups: (OVX)+control diet (OVX-C); OVX+soy (OVX-SM); OVX+fermented (OVX-FSM); sham-operated+control (Sham-C). fed these diets for 4 wk. atherogenic index value the OVX-FSM group was lower than that OVX-C group. plasma triglyceride level significantly liver total cholesterol contents OVX-SM groups Thus, results demonstrate bifidobacterium-fermented had a hypolipidemic effect
