摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects Sedum sarmentosum Bunge (SS) on lipid serum and collagen content connective tissues in ovariecto-mized estrogen-deficient rats. Three groups were surgically ovariectomized. fourth group sham operated. From day 2 until 37 after ovariectomy, Sprague-Dawley female rats randomly assigned following groups: sham-operated (sham), ovariectomized control (OVX-control), supplemented with an ethyl ether fraction SS at 10mg/kg bw/d (OVX-EE), acetate (OVX-EA). fractions orally adminis-trated 1 mL per day. estrogenic SS, investigated using one vitro assay two vivo assays. treatment partition layers increased transcriptional activ-ity 0.7-fold 0.5-fold compared those that given 17β-estradiol treatment, respec-tively. OVX significantly heavier than all times, but supplementation extracts tended result less weight gain OVX-control. triglyceride levels decreased portion BE EA layers. Supplementation prevented a decrease level bone cartilage tissues. This indicates affects col-lagen synthesis These results are consistent conclusions based activities SS. Therefore, it may be used possibly improve quality life menopausal women.
