摘要: Corn distillers' dried grains with solubles (CDGS) and corn (CDG) at various moisture fat contents were pin milled screened. Fractions of CDGS CDG contained from 11.4–45.7% 12.5–49.6% protein, respectively (dry basis), compared 30% for 25% CDG. The highest protein shifts obtained when initial 21% was ground twice 14,000 rpm once rpm. Fat, ash, dietary fiber contents, amino acid composition fractions also determined.
