摘要: Abstract A new endoribonuclease activity, RNase F, was partially purified from Escherichia coli cells. This activity can cleave a precursor RNA molecule (of Species 1), isolated T4 infected cells, in specific site. is different the other three know processing endoribonucleases of E. III, E and P.
