摘要: A universal feature of the biochemistry any living system is that all molecules and catalysts are required for reactions can be built up from an available food source by repeated application within system. RAF (reflexively autocatalytic food-generated) theory provides a formal way to study such processes. Beginning with Kauffman’s notion “collectively sets,” this has been further developed over last decade discovery efficient algorithms new mathematical analysis. In paper, we how behaviour simple binary polymer model extended models where pattern catalysis more precisely reflects ligation cleavage involved. We find certain properties these similar to, accurately predicted from, model; however, other lead slightly different estimates. also establish number results concerning structure RAFs in systems.
