摘要: Fetal growth restriction (FGR) is among the most common complications of pregnancy. FGR associated with placental insufficiency and poor perinatal outcomes. Clinical management challenging because variability in clinical presentation. smallness (estimated fetal weight <10th centile for gestational age) remains best surrogate FGR. However, it commonly accepted that not all forms represent true In a significant subset small fetuses, there no evidence involvement, outcomes are nearly normal, they clinically referred to as "only" age (SGA). Doppler may improve FGR; however, need use several parameters sometimes results number combinations render interpretation when translating into decisions. We propose can be simplified using sequential approach based on three steps: (1) identification "small fetus," (2) differentiation between SGA, (3) timing delivery according protocol stages deterioration.
