摘要: Monodispersed spherical β-SiC powder was synthesized by heating gel derived from the hydrolysis of a mixture phenyltriethoxysilane and tetraethyl orthosilicate. The solution prepared in beaker hydrolyzed NH4OH without stirring. monodispersed submicrometer size obtained when added amount greater than 16 moles per mole silane plus alkoxide, it became heat-treating at 1500°C for 4 h an Ar atmosphere. SiC content 92.6 wt%.
