摘要: Abstract : Key issues in the strategic design of organizational reward systems are reviewed. Possible objectives for systems, including motivation, attraction/retention, culture development, and skill development considered. The relationship between these such options as performance pay, skill-based flexible benefits market position, internal versus external pay comparison orientation process openness participation system administration also related to possible system.
