摘要: Increasingly, the characteristic that distinguishes a professional nurse is cognitive rather than psychomotor ability. Critical thinking an essential component of nursing. Yet, no clear definition or conceptualization critical for nursing judgment has existed. Lack consensus and overlapping definitions may well diminish profession's ability to articulate this concept facilitate its development. This article proposes Thinking Model Nursing Judgment, which specifies five components: specific knowledge base, experience, competencies, attitudes, standards. The model three levels thinking: basic, complex, commitment. It provides based on review literature input from nurses educators. first step development further research educational strategies promote as part autonomous, excellent practice.
