摘要: Sensitivity to desiccation is a characteristic that hinders the ex situ conservation of seeds, which can result in reduction viability and vigor as water lost. Dehydration sometimes followed by occurrence injuries retraction tissues. In this study, radiographic images Campomanesia adamantium (Cambess.) O. Berg. seed were used evaluate changes caused internal morphology their relationships with germination vigor. The initial content was determined (48%) adjustments made obtain samples 36, 30, 27, 24, 21% (wet basis). Evaluations germination, first count, speed index, mean time, seedling length performed. Individual radiographs obtained using digital x-ray equipment. identify cracked (CS) determine free space (IFS). Data subjected analysis variance effect studied through polynomial regression. Seed decreased linearly desiccated. results indicated IFS CS are positively associated loss water. C. related during desiccation, be identified imaging.
