摘要: Blastocystis hominis is an intestinal parasite of uncertain significance. The ultrastructural diagnosis B. infection in the stool 320 patients seen a gastroenterology out-patient clinic has been evaluated. Of cohort, 83 had colorectal cancer, 35 adenoma and 73 entirely normal colonic mucosa. There similar incidence with epithelium (36%) (34%) but increased Dukes' A, B C carcinoma (53%). If are statistically analysed by logistic regression analysis, adjustment for age, sex time year sample collected, there significant difference between two groups (P = 0.016).
