摘要: A rapid, simple and sensitive label-free fluorescence method was developed for the determination of trace amounts an important drug, heparin. This new based on water-soluble glutathione-capped CdTe quantum dots (CdTe QDs) as luminescent probe. QDs were prepared according to published protocol sizes these nanoparticles verified through transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) dynamic light scattering (DLS) with average particle size about 7 nm. The intensity increased increasing heparin concentration. These changes followed analytical signal. Effective variables such pH, QD concentration incubation time optimized. At optimum conditions, this optical method, could be measured within range 10.0-200.0 ng mL(-1) a low limit detection, 2.0 ng mL(-1) . constructed sensor also applied successfully in human serum.
