摘要: Abstract In this work, the oxidation behavior of C/SiC-Ti3SiC2 from 800 to 1300 °C has been studied compared with that C/SiC. shows severe weight loss and low flexural strength after 10 h at 800 °C. With temperature increasing 1000 °C, coating cracks can be healed by silica matrix product Ti3SiC2, so retention ratios reach above 90% 1000 1200 °C, revealing better resistance than C/SiC range 1200 °C. 1300 °C, decreases due outer carbon fibers.
