摘要: Abstract The biogas upgrading by membrane separation process using a highly efficient CO2-selective polyvinylamine/polyvinylalcohol (PVAm/PVA) blend was investigated experimental study and simulation with respect to design, operation optimization economic evaluation. This takes advantages of the unique CO2 facilitated transport from PVAm robust mechanical properties PVA, exhibits both high CO2/CH4 efficiency very good stability. transports through water swollen matrix in form bicarbonate. selectivity up 40 permeance 0.55 m3(STP)/m2 h bar at 2 bar were documented lab synthesized (35% 65% CH4). Membrane performances varying feed pressures recorded used as basis this work. an on-farm scale plant (1000 Nm3/h) conducted. Processes four different module configurations or without recycle evaluated technically economically, 2-stage cascade configuration proven optimal among processes. sensitivity various parameters analyzed conditions optimized.
