摘要: Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, we measured the concentrations of serum thrombopoietin (TPO) and plasma glycocalicin, a proteolytic fragment platelet glycoprotien Ib alpha, in 13 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), aplastic anaemia (AA) or idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). In AA MDS, TPO were remarkably increased, their glycocalicin decreased compared normal control individuals. ITP, however, levels not changed as much AA/MDS spite same degree thrombocytopenia. During immunosuppressive treatment ITP patients, there was an inverse relationship between level count. Thus, measurements are useful for diagnosis thrombocytopenia, our results from did support model which suggested simple feedback regulation
