摘要: Abstract A novel high Performance liquid Chromatographie method was developed for the determination of 4-O-methylhonokiol in rabbit plasma and applied to its pharmacokinetic investigation. Plasma samples were treated by one-fold volume methanol acetonitrile remove interference proteins. reverse phase column SHIM-PACK VP-ODS (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5.0 Mm) used separate samples. The detection limit 0.2 μg/L linear range 0.012 – 1.536 μg/L. good extraction recoveries obtained spiked (84.7%, 89.3% 87.7% low, middle concentrations added Standards, respectively). relative standard deviation intra-day inter-day precisions from 0.6% 13.5%. study made results plasma-concentration curve showed a two-apartment open model. This work sensitive, stable rapid HPLC has been successfully 4-O-methylhonokiol.
