摘要: In order to study Enterobacteriaceae contamina- tion of dead-in-shell embryos in quails and the antibacterial resistance isolated salmonellae, 335 quail eggs which did not have external piping during hatching period were transferred microbiology laboratory. Swab samples collected from interior contents individual eggs, swabs inoculated into tryptic soy broths (TSB) selenite-F groups five each media. All cultured media incubated at 37 °C. After 24 h, TSB cultures streaked on MacConkey agars, but cul- tures subcultured Salmonella-Shigella agars. 24-48 h incubation solid media, plates observed for colony formation. Identification bacteria was performed using standard bac- teriological biochemical procedures. Final confirmation Salmonella isolates undertaken slide serum agglutination test. Disc diffusion test Muller- Hinton agar used determine sensitivity salmo- nellae agents. Bacterial unhatched showed 15.8 % contamination with Enterobacteriaceae. The isolation rate spp. 2.98 %. With respect antimicrobial agents spp., all 10 antibiotics (ampicillin, colistin, cephalexin, ciprofloxacin, chloramphenicol, gentamycin, furazolidone, nalidixic acid, norfloxacin tetracycline) 100 susceptibility gentamycin. Drug ampicillin, nali- dixic acid tetracycline 80, 10, 50, 40, 80 %, respectively. There no drug among salmonellae furazolidone norfloxacin.
