摘要: A continuous process for producing a tea extract which contains solubilized tannins and has good color. Tea solids are extracted from leaves using an extraction liquid to provide containing soluble insoluble tannins. The separated the oxidized under raised temperature conditions tannin liquor. liquor is either returned during of or added after separation collected.
