摘要: Inflammation is an underlying feature of several prevalent lung diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The inflammatory response a cascade events in which the expression proinflammatory genes essential. Some these transcriptional are regulated by nuclear receptor (NR) family ligand-activated transcription factors. glucocorticoid (GR) already validated NR target for suppression asthma, whereas anti-inflammatory properties other NRs only now being explored. This article reviews role mechanisms multiple modulating their potential treatment diseases.
