摘要: Abstract The epidemiological, clinical and serological studies on human trichinellosis in Henan Province were carried out from January 1992 to December 1996. results showed that 467 patients attending our department came 12 administrative areas cities of the they acquired infection mainly by eating undercooked dumplings, tasting raw pork filling for ingesting scalded or mutton. There was high incidence season during winter. Most workers, officers merchants aged 20–49 years, higher males than females. main manifestations fever, general myalgia, muscle tiredness eosinophilia. had not any gastrointestinal symptoms rash. Eyelid edema only seen early courses disease. Eosinophil count increased with time, reached peak 3 weeks decreased markedly 6 after onset levels elevated obviously 1 week therapy, began drop rapidly 2 a near normal 4 therapy. Anti- Trichinella antibodies detected IFAT using frozen sections purified T. spiralis larvae as antigen. specific observed 70.2% one disease, 91, 94.3, 100%; 2, 3, weeks, respectively onset. antibody positive rate evidently 100% therapy abendazole, then 25% months
