摘要: Cryptosporidium spp. are common intestinal protozoa causing diarrhea in humans and a variety of animal species. With the recent development fur industry, large number animals farmed worldwide, especially China. The existence identical species/genotypes suggests zoonotic potential. In order to assess presence species and/or genotypes animals, 367 fecal specimens were collected from 213 foxes, 114 minks 40 raccoon dogs Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning provinces, northeastern China, during period June 2014 October 2016. By PCR sequencing partial small subunit (SSU) rRNA gene Cryptosporidium, 20 (5.4%) samples found be infected, corresponding 12 fox (5.6%) 8 mink (7.0%) screened. Three identified: C. canis (n = 17), meleagridis (n = 1) genotype (n = 2). Two host-adapted types (C. dog genotype) found. 60 kDa glycoprotein (gp60) encoding gene, one isolate was successfully subtyped as XcA5G1R1. three identified this study have been previously reported suggesting that infected with may pose risk transmission cryptosporidiosis, for people working farming processing industry.
