摘要: ABSTRACT Three of the more abundant C-21 methyl corticosteroids were measured in urine 11 patients (aged 2 weeks to 23 years) with adrenogenital syndrome, and compared excretion normal controls 4 cases virilizing adrenal adenomas. In all syndrome due congenital hyperplasia, there was an elevation urinary pregnanetriol (average, 0.29 mg. / Kg. day), 11-ketopregnanetriol (0.44 day) 17-hydroxypregnanolone day). controls, each steroid 0.01 day or less. No significant any 3 compounds observed adenoma.
