摘要: Abstract Cardiovascular toxicity of lead (Pb) manifests primarily as an effect on blood pressure and eventual increased risk atherosclerosis cardiovascular events. Therefore, we investigated vascular inflammatory biomarkers effects Pb-exposed children. A total 590 children (3–7 years old) were recruited from Guiyu (n = 337), electronic waste (e-waste)-exposed group, Haojiang (n = 253), a reference November to December 2016. We measured child Pb levels (BPbs), systolic diastolic pressure. Pulse was calculated for the latter two. Serum including lipid profiles cytokines, plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) detected. Unadjusted regression analysis illustrated that higher ln-transformed BPb associated with lower pulse After adjustment various confounders, relational degree lnBPb measures became slightly attenuated or not significant. Elevated Lp-PLA2, interleukin (IL)-6, triglycerides (TG) high-density lipoprotein (HDL). Lp-PLA2 remained inversely HDL, but positively ratios cholesterol HDL (Tc/HDL) low-density (LDL/HDL). IL-6 negatively pressure, TG, Tc/HDL LDL/HDL. The mediation association insignificant except Lp-PLA2. Available data supports conclusion e-waste-exposed BPbs concomitant abnormal physiology have augmented prevalence inflammation, well disorder.
