摘要: Abstract Purpose The present article describes a novel clinical procedure for mandibular overdentures supported by two freestanding implants loaded immediately after placement via computer-guided flapless surgery. Methods A conventional acrylic complete denture was fabricated, and CT scans obtained using the as radiographic guide. Preoperative computer-assisted planning performed commercially available software, permitting simulation of implant at optimal positions. Using data, surgical guide manufactured used during placed local anesthesia injected drilling anchor pins to stabilize protocol each osteotomy site achieved an insertion torque greater than 35Ncm. Immediately placement, keeper magnetic attachment connected implant, assembly incorporated into denture. mucosal surface around magnet relieved avoid excessive tissue pressure. patients were instructed wear in place continually following 7 days. After six months healing follow-up, final with metal framework may be fabricated if necessary. Conclusion treatment implant-supported is described detail. ensures secure precise safe successful osseointegration, immediate improvement oral health-related quality life unstable dentures.
