摘要: Abstract Polarized cw and time-resolved excited-state absorption spectra were measured in Cr 4+ -doped Mg 2 SiO 4 the 200–2200 nm spectral region. Polarization-dependent was observed infrared due to 3 T → 1a transitions extending from 1100 2100 nm, visible between 600 800 (E∥a) 1b transition, as well UV range 200 450 likely charge transfer transitions. Stimulated emission 1500 :Mg for E∥b polarization.
