摘要: Abstract Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) measurements are performed for F center in high-surface-area anatase titania nanoparticles prepared by MOCVD. It is found that with increasing temperature, there a critical temperature range from 353 to 413 K, which the linewidth (peak peak) of EPR signal increases 4.20 4.98 G. Below 353 K, 4.20 G, while above 413 K kept constant at The dependence obviously different commonly hold view affects intensity but does not affect oxides. adsorbed water on surface responsible line broadening.
