摘要: Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most aggressive and common malignant brain tumour in adults. A well-known hallmark of GMB many other tumours aerobic glycolysis. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class short nonprotein coding sequences that exert posttranscriptional controls on gene expression represent critical regulators glycolysis GBM. In GBM, miRNAs regulate glycolytic genes directly via regulation metabolism-associated suppressors oncogenic signalling pathways. This review aims to establish links between levels, GBM regulatory genes, progression prognosis this review, involvement 25 metabolism discussed. Seven these have been shown types. Further eight miRNAs, which differentially expressed also reported cancer Thus, could serve as potential but will require functional validation. As such, characterisation molecular metabolic signatures can facilitate better understanding pathogenesis disease.
